In 2007 Mike Milroy P.Eng. made the decision to open a CNC machine shop to meet in-house needs as well as filling a gap in industry. Our blend of top end mechanical engineering and state of the art CNC machinery has made it a formidable force when meeting the needs of today mechanical designers. Using the seamless creation and transition of solid models from Solid Works to Master Cam we have been able satisfy customers (see Viking Air testimonial) by combining our engineering expertise and machining skill. Having now machined parts for Viking Air’s Twin Otter tooling program as well as Vancouver Island Helicopter's various endeavors we feel our client list is beginning to speak for itself. With current in house machinery we have the freedom to do one- off prototyping jobs or long runs of many parts as efficiently as anyone else. With the recent addition of a HYD-MECH automatic band saw and new LYNX CNC lathe our capacity to add services and shorten customer’s lead times continues to be one of our highest priorities.
