Turn-key automation

     Our 5-Step Automation Program has proved very successful:

(1) Free On-Site Consultation

• The problem is examined first hand.   M.E. discusses theproject with appropriate experts and proposes a solutionwith an all-inclusive guaranteed quote.

(2) Design your Machine or Product

• Solidworks CAD builds a 3D model of the machine which is cycled through its full range of motion. Client may view full component integration and function via Internet. (Finite Element Analysis is usedfor critical applications.)

(3) Implementation

• Complete on-premises machine shop allows quicker turn-around saving you time and money.
  
• Latest technologies from outside vendors are employed -- plasma, water-jet and laser cutting, CNC milling, punching andforming, wire EDM.
  
• The machine is built and tested with extensive dry cycling to extract potential premature component failure.

(4) Documentation

• M.E. systems are appropriately documented, with operations and maintenance manuals containing:
